How to connect to Turkey servers

This page is the list of Minecraft servers hosted in Turkey. Find one whose description fits how you want to play, open the listing, and copy its IP address. In Minecraft, open Multiplayer and paste that address into the server address field. Use the Java IP if you play Java Edition. Use the Bedrock IP if you play on a phone, a console, or Bedrock, and use it only when the listing shows one. Connect, look around long enough to see whether the world and the players suit you, and vote on 16BitMC if you want that server to move up among the other servers in Turkey.

Why do I want to play on servers in Turkey?

Servers on this page are hosted in Turkey, and that location is an advantage when you play from Turkey. Ping, the latency between your click and the server's reply, stays lower because the traffic has less distance to travel. Lower ping is what makes PvP feel fair, because a hit registers when you swing, and it makes PvM easier to play, because you can dodge and attack while the fight is still in front of you. It is also what stops your character from rubber-banding back to an older spot, and what keeps mining, placing blocks, and chat from dragging a step behind your hands. A host on another continent can still be worth a visit, but the same actions are much more likely to feel like lag.

Check that for the server you are about to join. Every listing has a 16BitMC ping map under Ping Statistics, and the map shows that server's latency from cities across the globe. Read the cities in and around Turkey to see the connection you should get, then look at the other cities if you play with friends who live somewhere else. A low number close to you means the world is likely to keep up. A high number means the listing may be fine to read and still feel late once you are in the game.
