Almost never. Modpacks are a Java ecosystem. A Bedrock client does not load Forge or Fabric. If a host claims crossplay on a modded world, treat that claim carefully and test before you download a huge pack. For phone and console play, stay with Bedrock, PE, or a crossplay SMP that does not require mods. For tech and magic, plan on Java.
