Open Minecraft Java Edition and click Multiplayer. Choose Add Server, give it a name you will recognize, and enter 104.234.220.122:26862 as the Server Address. The Java port for Tokensmp is 26862, and Java only uses that port when it is written after the address. Save the server and join.

How to connect to Tokensmp with Bedrock / PE

Open Bedrock Edition or Pocket Edition and go to the Servers tab. Choose Add Server, then type a name you will recognize. Put 104.234.220.122 in the Server Address box and 26862 in the Port box.
